Garphyttan Specialist Gaiter Trouser M is a versatile, durable and sturdy pair of trousers that can be worn for a variety of activities. The trousers are a zip-off model, which means that you can easily adapt the trousers based on the climate and terrain. When it's hot outside, the legs can be completely zipped off, turning the trousers into a pair of shorts. You can then use the removed part to protect the shins by attaching the leg ends to the feet and tightening the drawstring around the calf. This function is very suitable when you want good function while protecting your legs, such as in environments covered in low-growing vegetation.
The trousers are ideal to wear when you’re out in nature but can just as easily be worn at the workplace where you are physically active. The trousers are water-repellent and have a generous fit thanks to the stretch panels, which also provide good movement.
Garphyttan Specialist Gaiter Trouser M has several well-thought-out and functional pockets where you can store various different tools and other necessary equipment. The trousers have two leg pockets that are placed on the thighs, making them easy to access at any time. In the right pocket you will find a smaller inner pocket where you can store smaller special tools, while the left pocket is larger and offers more storage, making it suitable for a pair of gloves, for example.
On the side of the leg, you will find double zips for ventilation. One goes from the thigh and the other from the shin, which you can easily adjust to let the body breathe during physical exertion. The trousers have a restraint strap at the end of the legs that you can easily pull over your shoelaces so that the trousers stay in place when you’re active. They are also equipped with anti-slip protection for the braces at the waist.
