Returns and exchanges

We always strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. When shopping at Garphyttan, you always have the opportunity to change your mind within 30 days from receiving your product. This means you have a full month from the delivery of your order to initiate your return. Our aim is for you to be entirely content with your purchase, and our generous return policy provides you ample time to consider your choice.

Online Return

If you would like to return items, please contact our customer service to receive a return label and commercial invoice that must be attached to the return parcel. Additionally, please inform customer service about which item(s) you want to return. You will receive a new return label and a commercial invoice, both of which should be printed out and attached to the outside of the return parcel. The commercial invoice must be printed in three copies, which should be attached to the parcel (preferably in an adhesive pouch, if you have this available). Contact your local DHL Express Office and have them pick up your return by providing them with the waybill number found on the return label.

In connection with an approved return, a return fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded.

You cannot use your right of withdrawal by failing to pick up an order that has been sent to you and is ready for collection at a pick-up point. For uncollected packages, you will be charged a fee of $30.

Online Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, for example, because of the wrong size, you simply return the item that is incorrect according to the instructions above. To return, please contact customer service to receive the correct return documents. Then, place a new order for the item in the size you want to exchange for. Any shipping costs associated with the previous purchase will not be refunded.

We've meticulously measured all our products and their sizes, summarizing this information under the 'Size Guide' on each product's page. To find the right size, a useful tip is to measure a favorite garment of a similar type that you already have at home and compare these measurements with the table provided. Also, don't miss out on the reviews, where you can glean tips and insights from other customers.

Important Information About Returns

If a returned item has been used and tested to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties and function, Garphyttan Original AB reserves the right to deduct a depreciation that may amount to the full price of the product.

Refund

As soon as your return has been processed and approved, we will initiate your refund, which always happens in the same way as the original payment. You will be refunded the cost of the returned items, with a deduction for a return handling fee of $5.9. Please note that any shipping costs related to your order will not be refunded, and if your order was eligible for free shipping and a return reduces the total order amount below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees for the item(s) you keep will be deducted.

If you paid with Klarna, Klarna will adjust/cancel your invoice. If you have already paid your invoice, the money will be refunded to the account it was charged from. We recommend that you always pause your invoice in the Klarna app (iOS/Android) when making a return/exchange so that the due date is not missed.

Return of one or more items from a "3 for 2" offer

If you choose to return one or more products purchased as part of a "3 for 2" offer, the offer will no longer apply. A refund will be processed for the returned item or items based on the actual price of those individual products. If you paid with an invoice through Klarna, it will be adjusted accordingly. Afterward, the full price for the remaining products will be charged in accordance with our current pricing terms.

Complaints

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to right of complaint for up to three years after the purchase, but within a reasonable period of time at least two months after an error is detected. The right of complaint relates to errors that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product. Please contact us before the complaint for faster handling of the case.

We will pay the return shipping on a complaint or error handling provided that you use our preprinted return address label. Goods that are returned for postage or collections are not triggered by us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints’ decision.

Transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit upon receipt, this should be stated on the consignment note when you send out the shipment.
