Shipment and delivery
We ship our orders with with DHL Express that delivers via a local operator to the delivery point of your choice. You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is sent and if you have entered your telephone number when ordering, you will receive an SMS on arrival.
Free express shipping over 79 USD. For orders under 79 USD, a shipping fee of 7,9 USD will be added.
DHL Express: Express delivery with 2-4 working days
We ship duty-free to the USA for amounts not exceeding $800.
For purchases over $800 duties will be added upon delivery via DHL.
The package remains 14 days after the package arrives at your delivery point. We reserve the right to charge you $30 for packages not collected to cover our costs.
Return right, returns & replacement
Right of withdrawal and exchange
Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with the product(s) you buy from us. If you order via the website, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 90 days after you have received your order.
- We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date on which your order is delivered to you to return your order.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels still attached.
If a returned item has been used to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties and function, we are entitled to deduct the value reduction on the item which may amount to the full price of the item.
Return packages are sent to: Garphyttan Original AB, Enbärsvägen 18, 735 37 Surahammar.
If you would like to return items, please contact our customer service to receive a return label and commercial invoice that must be attached to the return parcel. Additionally, please inform customer service about which item(s) you want to return. Customer service can be reached through telephone at: +46 10 551 79 09 and email at: email@example.com. You will receive a new return label and a commercial invoice, both of which should be printed out and attached to the outside of the return parcel. The commercial invoice must be printed in three copies, which should be attached to the parcel (preferably in an adhesive pouch, if you have this available). The return parcel is then delivered to a DHL Service Point (find your nearest here).
In connection with an approved return, a return fee of 7$ will be deducted from the refund amount.
You cannot use your right of withdrawal by failing to pick up an order that has been sent to you and is ready for collection at a pick-up point. For uncollected packages, you will be charged a fee of 30$.
If you want to exchange an item – because it is the wrong size, for example – you can easily return the incorrect item. To return, please contact customer service to receive the correct return documents. Afterwards, make a new order in the size you want from our webshop. We will refund you for the full price of the item and any shipping costs, so you will never have to pay more for shipping in the event of an exchange.
If you return the entire order, the fees you paid in connection with the purchase will be refunded. If you have chosen to pay by card or direct bank, the money will be refunded to the same card / account with which you made your payment.
It takes a maximum of 7 days from the time we receive your return until you receive a refund.
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to right of complaint for up to three years after the purchase, but within a reasonable period of time at least two months after an error is detected. The right of complaint relates to errors that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product. Please contact us before the complaint for faster handling of the case.
We will pay the return shipping on a complaint or error handling provided that you use our preprinted return address label. Goods that are returned for postage or collections are not triggered by us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints’ decision.
Transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit upon receipt, this should be stated on the consignment note when you send out the shipment.

As a customer to us, you can receive emails regarding your order, payment or other automated mailings. You can also receive e-mail, sms or other direct mail with information, newsletters or offers. If you have accepted the newsletter, you will receive mailings from us containing offers and other information. If you do not want any mail from us can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email. We make reservations for local deviations, printing errors and final sales.
Events such as wars, natural disasters, labor market battles, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events outside the Garphyttan Original AB control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This means that Garphyttan Original AB is exempted from its obligations to fulfill entered into agreements.
